Various aspects of her personal life contributed to her approach. As a soccer player for 35 years, she mastered teamwork and honed how to be a leader. As a photographer, she's learned how perspective can affect one's view. As a traveler, including visiting her mother's homeland often, her understanding and compassion for different cultures emerged. 

 

Natalie became inspired to lead in a way that came naturally based on her collective experiences and beliefs in the most effective ways to bring people together for a common purpose.
